Reservation, Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

When you access this website www.renport.com, to make a confirmed reservation for our products and services by clicking a Book Now link on this website, you will be redirected to a secure booking website to complete the booking. The information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is listed on this website.

The terms and conditions of our Reservation, Confirmation and Cancellation Policy which is included in the form are as follows:- 1) Once payment has been successfully processed your reservation will be confirmed and guaranteed. 2) Cancellation notices must be received no later than 14 days from rental date. 3) Cancellations within 14 days of rental date or no shows at the time of rental date will result in no refunds of the rental charges. (Note that at the time of rental you will need to present (1) photo identification and (2) above credit card for the completion of a Rental Agreement at Renport's rental location. Once the Rental Agreement is completed the packages will be delivered to your yacht).
Rental Refund Policy

When you pick up your rental equipment or at the time your rental equipment is delivered to you, you agree to execute the required Rental Agreement acknowledging the rental and acceptance of delivery of the rental equipment at the delivery location. The Rental Agreement will contain all the terms and conditions of the rental equipment. There is a minimum rental period. There will be no refunds if the rental equipment is returned before the minimum rental period. All other refunds for non-functioning and defective packages will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
