Reservation, Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

When you access this website www.renport.com, to make a confirmed reservation for our products and services by clicking a Book Now link on this website, you will be redirected to a secure booking website to complete the booking. The information collected during the booking process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is listed on this website.

The terms and conditions of our Reservation, Confirmation and Cancellation Policy which is included in the form are as follows:- 1) Once payment has been successfully processed your reservation will be confirmed and guaranteed. 2) Cancellation notices must be received no later than 14 days from rental date. 3) Cancellations within 14 days of rental date or no shows at the time of rental date will result in no refunds of the rental charges. (Note: In order for you to complete the processing of your booking to obtain a booking confirmation you will have to agree to the rental agreement by checking the required checkbox).
Rental Refund Policy

The Rental Agreement will contain all the terms and conditions for the rental of the equipment. There is a minimum rental period. There will be no refunds if the rental equipment is returned before the minimum rental period. All other refunds for non-functioning and defective packages will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
